弘宇新材-北化短纤维预处理技术研究中心简介
公司一直致力于短纤维产品的持续开发,自成立开始就与北京化工大学先进弹性体材料研究中心进行“产-学-研”合作,在2006年公司与先进弹性体材料研究中心联合成立了弘宇新材-北化短纤维预处理技术研究中心,并分别设置在北京化工大学和弘宇新材公司。先进弹性体材料研究中心拥有教师18人,其中教授10人,教育部长江学者特聘教授1名,杰出青年基金获得者1名,北京市科技新星计划入选者7名,是教育部长江学者创新团队和国防新材料创新团队以及优质教学团队,中心拥有各种先进的研究和测试分析仪器及设备,是我国橡胶科学与工程领域的重要研究力量之一。中心目前获得国家技术发明奖1项,省部级科技发明或科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖4项,具有国际水平的鉴定成果2项、国际水平的鉴定成果10项。 本联合研究中心自成立以来,利用先进的“产-学-研”合作模式,依托高校丰富的人力资源和先进的仪器设备,先后开发出了预处理棉粉、三元乙丙橡胶专用尼龙短纤维、芳纶浆粕和芳纶短纤维等一系列性能优异的预处理短纤维产品,满足了国内外用户的需求。
The company has been committed to the continuous development of short fiber products. Since its establishment, the company has cooperated with the advanced elastomer material research center of Beijing University of Chemical Technology for "production study research". In 2006, the company and the advanced elastomer material research center jointly established Hongyu new material Beihua short fiber pretreatment technology Research Center, which is set up in Beijing University of chemical technology and Hongyu new material company respectively. The Advanced Elastomer Materials Research Center has 18 teachers, including 10 professors, 1 distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholars of the Ministry of education, 1 winner of the outstanding youth fund, and 7 winners of the Beijing Science and technology new star program. It is the Changjiang Scholars innovation team, national defense new materials innovation team and high-quality teaching team of the Ministry of education. The center has a variety of advanced research and testing instruments and equipment, It is one of the important research forces in the field of rubber science and Engineering in China. At present, the center has won one national technological invention award, three first prizes and four second prizes of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological invention or scientific and technological progress, two international level appraisal achievements and ten international level appraisal achievements. Since its establishment, the joint research center has developed a series of pretreated staple fiber products with excellent performance, such as pretreated cotton powder, EPDM nylon staple fiber, aramid pulp and aramid staple fiber, relying on the advanced "industry university research" cooperation mode, rich human resources and advanced instruments and equipment in Colleges and universities, which meet the needs of domestic and foreign users.
